Booking · Dispatch · CRM · Invoicing — fleets of 3 to 25FastlabsDev / TravelFast

Season starts in six weeks. Your reservation system shouldn't be the thing you're worried about.

TravelFast runs bookings, dispatch, customer records and invoices for small chauffeured fleets. Switching limo software? We import your data for you and keep both systems running until every trip matches.

See it in 30 minutes We walk you through it. No slides, no pricing pitch — you'll ask about price when you want to.

01 / How it worksBooking / Dispatch / Invoice

Booking to invoice, the way a small fleet actually runs

Built around the trips that go wrong: the 2 a.m. airport pickup nobody dispatched, the return leg that collides with a new booking, the corporate account that never gets invoiced.

Booking

They book, you see it instantly

Quote and book from your site or by phone. Flight number, bags, child seats, special requests on the record. Guests get a link to manage or cancel; your team gets an alert.

Dispatch

Assign with a recommendation, not a guess

The board suggests a driver from availability and return conflicts. You confirm. Overnight and unassigned trips stay flagged until someone owns them.

Invoice

Close the loop on every trip

Issue a PDF per trip or group a month of corporate rides onto one. Record payments as they land. Export anything to CSV for your accountant.

02 / Leaving your limo softwareDay 1–3 → Day 12

We move your limo software data. You don't re-type a thing.

Nobody switches reservation systems because they want to. They switch because the old one costs too much, support went quiet, or it accepted a card that wasn't valid. The fear is losing a trip in the move. So we do the moving, and your old software keeps running until every future trip matches.

Every future trip
From your software's own exports. Your data, your account, nothing scraped. Each record is checked against your live system before anything switches.
  1. Day 1–3

    We import it

Your customers, rates, drivers, vehicles, affiliates and every future trip from your software's own exports. Nothing for your team to re-type.

  2. Day 4–10

    Both run side by side

Your team keeps working in the old system. TravelFast is refreshed twice a day and compared trip by trip. Dispatchers rehearse on real upcoming trips, weekend included.

  3. Day 10

    Go / no-go

Every future trip matches, the backup restore has been timed, the rollback rehearsed. If any of that isn't true, nobody switches and the parallel run continues.

  4. Day 12

    Switch, early morning

New bookings go into TravelFast. The old system stays readable as the fallback. A named person watches the first two weeks.

03 / Straight answersFAQ

What operators ask first

If your question isn't here, it goes on the call. We'd rather hear it than have you guess.

Do I have to re-enter my bookings?

No. We import your customers, rates, drivers, vehicles, affiliates and every future trip from your current software's own exports, then compare them trip by trip against your live system before anything switches.

Can I take card payments in it?

Not yet inside TravelFast. You keep collecting through your current gateway or terminal, and the payment is recorded against the trip and invoice. Card charging is the next thing on the roadmap, and when it ships it will be an upgrade conversation, not a surprise.

What happens if the migration goes wrong?

Nothing switches until every future trip matches and a rollback has been rehearsed. Until then your old system is the one your team uses. If the go/no-go fails, the parallel run simply continues.

Do my drivers need a new app on day one?

No. Dispatchers can update trip progress themselves at first, which is how the first operator chose to start. Driver accounts and opt-in location are there when your drivers are ready.

Who hosts it, and who owns my data?

RankFast hosts and backs it up, with named recovery targets, and owns the downtime if there is any. Your data is yours: export it to CSV any time. You keep your own merchant account.

Why is a marketing agency building dispatch software?

Because our transport client needed one that didn't accept invalid cards or hide its conversion data, and nothing on the market fit a fleet of eight. We built it for them, and now with four more operators like them.

Is this a sales call?

It's a 30-minute walkthrough of the product on a seeded demo fleet, with your questions. Pricing comes up when you raise it. You won't get a sequence of follow-ups you didn't ask for.
